BIM Modeler – MEP

AEC Digital Solutions is looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our team and support BIM modeling, coordination, and construction documentation projects for clients across the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities

For example:

• Develop accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create and update BIM models according to project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models.
• Review models for accuracy and consistency.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
• Prepare construction documentation and drawings.
• Follow project BIM standards and modeling guidelines.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve modeling issues.

Requirements

For example:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Understanding of MEP systems.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
